What is a Technical Support "Incident?"
All Subscriptions Include Software Upgrades. Your annual subscription entitles you to receive
21st Century Accounting Software Upgrades
as we enhance the functionality,
add features that you request,
incorporate 3rd-party Add-Ins,
and otherwise improve the software.
Download or Disk? Subscribing customers with Web access can download
Software Upgrades and Tax Updates at the "Download" price,
with no additional shipping charge.
Subscribing customers without Web access can have Software
Upgrades and Payroll Tax Updates mailed on disk at
an additional shipping and handling charge,
as shown above ("Additional charge
to mail on disk").
No Annual Subscription. $75 per incident. You can call or email
with Technical Support issues on a per incident basis. You must have your credit card number ready
when you speak to the Technician. We will process the charge of $75 to your credit card.
Support Technicians will not be able to discuss your issue with you until they have received your credit card number.
If our analysis determines that your problem was caused by a defect in the software, you will not be charged.
All credit card information is destroyed when the transaction is completed.
