Print W-3

Use Payroll/Print/W-3 to print the W-3, a summary (in a format similar to the W-2) of the amounts on all the W-2 forms that you printed in a run. The employer sends the W-3 summary transmittal form along with the batch of W‑2s to the SSA.

The system prints totals on the W-3 from the W-2 run you just completed plus additional information you enter in this window, such as “Kind of payer” and third-party sick pay Information.
