Taxes Activity
The Taxes Activity report prints calculated Payroll tax information for the selected pay period, the month of the selected pay period, the quarter of the selected pay period, and the year of the selected period/quarter. For each selected tax calculated for each selected employee, the report shows the amount posted for each employee for the pay period, month, quarter, and year. The detail version of the Taxes Activity report prints a list of the incomes, deductions, and noncash benefits included in the calculation of each tax selected for printing. The tax summary shows (as applicable) employee withholding totals, employer contribution totals, and totals for earnings subject to the tax for the selected pay period, month, quarter, and year.
Selection Options
You can print All or selected data depending on your entries at the following fields:
- All or selected Employees
- All or selected Categories
- All or selected Taxes
- Pay period ID
- Print detail
Sort Options
You can sort the data by one of the following fields:
- Employee name
- Employee Social Security number
