Quarterly Wage Statement

The Quarterly Wage Statement prints taxable income and accumulated tax liability information. For each selected employee and selected tax in the selected year and quarter, the report shows earnings subject to the tax (no ceiling), the earnings exceeding the ceiling, earnings subject to the tax under the ceiling, and the tax withheld. The detail version of the QWS shows a tax summary by gender and the gender for each employee.

Selection Options

You can print selected data depending on your entries at the following fields:

All or selected Employees
All or selected Taxes
Year
Quarter
Print detail

Sort Options

You can sort the data by one of the following fields:

Employee name
Department
Employee Social Security number
