Historical Pay Information

The Historical Pay Information report prints historical earnings amounts that you entered in the Configure/Historical Pay Information window for the selected year and quarter. For each pay factor for each selected employee, the historical detail report shows QTD and YTD amounts entered for the pay year and quarter.

When you print the Historical Pay Information report for a year and quarter in which you have also processed Payroll for the selected employees, the report shows period earnings information for the employees who were processed during the period and shows QTD and YTD totals for all selected employees.

Selection Options

You can print All or selected data depending on your entries at the following fields:

All or selected Employees
All or selected Categories
Year
Quarter

Sort Options

You can sort the data by one of the following fields:

Employee ID
Employee name
Department
Pay frequency
Employment state
