Deductions Summary

The Deduction Summary prints deduction details for the selected pay period, the month of the selected pay period, the quarter of the selected pay period, and the year of the selected period/quarter. For all or selected deduction factors, the detail report shows the amount posted for each employee for the pay period, month, quarter, and year. The company summary shows totals for the selected pay period, month, quarter, and year for each pay factor.

Selection Options

You can print All or selected data depending on your entries at the following fields:

All or selected Deductions
Pay period ID

Sort Options

You can sort the data in one of the following ways:

Deduction name showing pay period amounts by Employee ID
Deduction name showing YTD amounts by Employee ID
