Rename Pay Period

You can rename the Pay Period at any time. You select the existing Pay Period ID from a drop-down list and enter a new ID of up to 12 characters. Duplicate IDs are not permitted of course. Be sure to name your Pay Periods consistently, with clear indications of year and time period.
