Electronic Filing W-2s Summary Report

Producing electronic W-2s always produces a W-2s Summary report. The system displays the Summary report when generating the W-2s is completed. You can transfer summary information from the Summary report to the transmittal form that accompanies the W-2s when you submit them.

Use Payroll/Electronic Filing/W-2s Summary to preview the report in Notepad. Use Notepad's File/Print to print the report on paper.
