Pay Factor Order

Use Payroll/Configure/Pay Factor Order to control the sequence of pay factors within each factor type on reports and windows.

Highlight a factor and then use the Ctrl+Up Arrow and Ctrl+Down Arrow keys to move the factor up and down in the list. Click Save changes to put the order of pay factors as they are displayed within each factor type into effect in the Employees window, the Payroll calculation windows, and on the Payroll Register and Earnings Report.
You can determine the order of factors within each factor type in a way that makes sense for your company.
