Automatic Field entry no longer works

Automatic entry in new employee setup is controlled by marking pay factors as “Auto assign” and by the use of the Employee “Memorize”. The “Memorize” feature controls the values of fields such as Pay frequency and State of employment. The problem report indicates that there currently is no memorized information. I t is unknown why that information is currently not present, but you can correct this for future purposes by using “Memorize” (clicking on the Memorize button) on an employee that has the typical setup you wish to default.
