Most likely you have 4.5.06 installed on your computer. You can verify this by going to Help/About to see the installed version of C21.

If you have version 4.5.06 installed, go to 21st Century Accounting Updates and download the current version of C21 here. After installing the current version, you will need to re-enter hours and manual pay information for the affected employees in Calculate Payroll.
