Tax Form Kit keeps reloading every time enter C21

This problem is caused by a discrepancy in the times on the computers in a network. It seems to show up when we switch to daylight savings time and newer computers automatically switch and others don't.

For each computer on the network, go to Control Panel\Date & Time and make sure each computer is set to the same TIME ZONE. If one computer has a check mark to update for daylight savings time, they need to do this.
