We can not necessarily provide any specifics about the operation of 3rd party backup programs. However, the following information should help determine what folder/files are involved in regards to 21st Century Accounting (C21) data.
C21 company data is contained in a single folder structure – a main folder and some subfolders.
The typical, default location of the company folder(s) is in the \C21\data folder.
If there is ever any question about where C21 is accessing the data from, just run the C21 Help/About command while the company is active and view the “Company folder” information. The main folder name is the same name as you see/use to select the company in C21.
