How do you Void, Edit or cancel a posted Journal Entry?

There is no way to void, edit or cancel a journal entry. You must create a new journal entry reversing the debits and credits from the original journal entry.

Enter the debit in the credit line and the credit in the debit line. Do not use negative amounts!
