GL Account names absent from Print Batch in GJ

The GL Account names don't show up on the Print Batch in General Journal.

This is caused by a recurring batch that converted from BPI and the batch listed is a result of doing a “Copy for posting” on the converted recurring batch. System makes assumptions about what information will be available in each batch entry. These assumptions are fine for batches created directly in C21 , but not for recurring batches.

To resolve the printing issue for a batch, go in and do some kind of “dummy” update to each entry – such as toggle Auto-reverse back and forth – and resave the entry. Also, go through the base recurring batch and do similar entry updating to prevent this issue in the future.
