User already logged on

If you are unable to log into your C21 because you receive a message saying you are already logged on, do the following:
In Windows Explorer, browse to C21/Data/Logins and delete your log in name.
You should be able to log in.
In Windows Explorer, browse to C21/Data/Logins and delete your log in name.
