Using a third party backup program
Posted: January 24th, 2012, 7:42 pmWe can not necessarily provide any specifics about the operation of 3rd party backup programs. However, the following information should help determine what folder/files are involved in regards to 21st Century Accounting (C21) data.
- C21 company data is contained in a single folder structure – a main folder and some subfolders.
- The typical, default location of the company folder(s) is in the \C21\data folder.
- If there is ever any question about where C21 is accessing the data from, just run the C21 Help/About command while the company is active and view the “Company folder” information. The main folder name is the same name as you see/use to select the company in C21.
