Maximum user count licenses has been reached

This is caused by one of the following reasons:
1. You are attempting to have more persons log in to C21 than you have seats. For instance, if you have a three user license and a fourth person is attempting to log on concurrently.
2. The temporary Pervasive License key has expired. If you recently re-installed Pervasive (and C21), it installed a 30-day temporary "Trial" license key that has now expired. You should have received a permanent license key from 21st Century Accounting. This license key must be entered to permanently activate the program on your computer. If you know that you have already entered this license key, check the Pervasive License Administrator program for the license status.
3. If you know that the license key was entered, the license may have become disabled. This can occur if there are certain changes or updates made to Windows. Check the Pervasive License Administrator program at the server for the license status.
