1099/1096 Printing incorrectly

ISSUE:
My 21st Century program does not print the 1099/1096 forms correctly. Some of the fields print in the proper places, but the (X) that is supposed to print in the 1099-Misc box, prints in the wrong place....

RESPONSE:
Make sure to install the latest Payroll Tax Update and enable the “Customize Tax Forms” command from the System menu. With the customizer enabled, go into the preview of the 1099/1096 tax form. You can use the preview to move fields around to fit your form. By hovering your mouse over the field you’d like to move, you’ll see blue dotted guide lines. These lines can be dragged with the mouse to reposition them.
