You could see an Access Violation in a new installation of HPR V. 3.5.01 when attempting to configure or select a company with Job Cost interfacing defined. New installations no longer install the "ads.dll" file. HPR is looking specifically for "ads.dll", and when it is not found, and an Access Violation occurs.
The solution is to browse to the C:\SOFTRAK\system folder and make a copy of the "ads32.dll" file into the same folder. Then rename the copy to "ads.dll".
