When configuring Direct Deposit, user gets error message that MKTulip is missing.
We hooked in a programming package named mkTulip to support NACHA formatting. This package is installed by the newer Direct Deposit installers from the point where we started supporting NACHA. But once someone has installed the Direct Deposit add-in at any point, then future updates of the base software make available new features in Direct Deposit.
Resolution: Reinstall Direct Deposit from the latest DD version installer, currently Version 2.1.12. and also the latest program update. (Any version after v2.1.9 will have the mkTulip program).
