In Receivables/Print/Statements, if you want to Preview/Print Statements for All Customers, the customer should have the option to Print Statements checked. If you are unsure if the customer is set up with this option, go to Receivables/Configure/Customers and find the customer in question. Look for the box next to Print Statements and see if it is checked. If not, check the box and OK and save changes.
