Implementing Paid Sick Leave for California's Healty Workplace Law

To implement paid sick leave that is a percentage of hours worked:
In Payroll/Configure/Vacation and Sick Accruals, create an accrual with contribution method “Percent hours worked”.  The percentage of 1 hour for each 30 hours worked is expressed as 3.3333%. 

To allow a maximum accrual of 48 hours, specify 48 in Accrual Ceiling.
