C21 Payroll Reports that may be helpful for PPP loans

The Paycheck Protection Program is a forgivable loan program to incentivize employers to retain their employees during this difficult time. Information related to this loan can be found at:

A Custom Pay Summary Report that can be designed by you in C21 may be helpful for keeping track of your payroll data. Follow these steps to create and print a report:

  1. Click New and give your report a name such as PPP Report.

  2. Drag the items you wish to use for this report to the Report Columns line.
  3. If you would like to add new columns click Add column. For example, you could name this new column Deductions. Check the deductions you wish to add and click OK.
  4. Drag the new column Deductions to the Report columns box.
  5. Click OK and save changes.
  6. Go to Payroll/Print/Custom Pay Summary to view your report.
  7. You can select a range of pay periods and sort by Employee or Pay Period. Check the Subtotal box to get a report that looks like this.
